Service definition
The Scrum Trainings Alert Service offers human users to setup a personalized training “alert”. Scrum Training Alerts need specific criteria and data provided by you beforehand to work. This includes your Name, e-mail and a dedicated consent to our terms of service and privacy policy. After setup of an alert on our website a confirmation e-mail including an activation and confirmation link is send. By clicking the link you activate the alert. From then on we will send you alerts via the choosen communication channel (e-mail / push notifications, or others), containing trainings that match your criteria. You can unsubscribe to service at any time by using the unsubscribe link in each alert e-mail you recieve. The amount of alerts per user (name or e-mail or both) is not limited but can be restricted at anytime wothout further notice and for any reason. We are willing to inform you in such cases but are free to do so.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. You must also not use the Scrum Trainings Alert Service in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. Delivery
The communication of alerts will be done when our system detects new trainings that match with your criteria. There is no service level commited by us regarding the timing, timeframe, the amount or alerts, trainings, information around trainings or any other content.

All content on the website and all assets & processes regarding the whole alert service are products and property of Elevation Consulting GmbH. You may not claim ownership (intellectual or exclusive) over any of our products and services, modified or unmodified. Our products and services come ‘as is’, without any kind of warranty, either expressed or implied. Under no circumstances can our juridical person be accountable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses originating from the employment of or incapacity to use our services and products.
